Possesses a wealth of experience in Health Systems, Health Systems Management, Health Systems Financing and Policy, Health Services Organisation and Management, particularly in Low and middle income countries with Complex, Open, Adaptive Health systems. He also has Sub-specialisation in Financing, HRH, technologies and Innovations. He has vast experience with health care and has experience in District Level Medical Care, lecturing at the University some classes in Public health. He is the current Treasurer for the Zimbabwe Medical Association and past Secretary General for Zimbabwe College of Public Health Physicians; Committee Member for the Health Systems Strengthening Committee of the Global Fund Country Coordinating Mechanism in Zimbabwe 2010-2015.

She is the Chief Operating Officer of a pan-African investment management and advisory firm. She is a commercial lawyer by training and previously worked in leading regional and international commercial law firms. She has won several awards in her field. Sharon has a global outlook having studied, lived in and worked in different countries which include South Africa, United Kingdom, Germany and the United States. She is passionate about community development and the promotion of the well-being of under-served groups.  She is a Mandela Washington Fellowship Civic Leadership Alumni and has served on several boards including the Zimbabwe National Family Planning Council and the Legal Resources Foundation.

He is a Member of the UNAIDS Global Monitoring and Evaluation Reference Group (MERG), Chairperson of the Indicator Working Group for the UNAIDS MERG, Member of Health Education and Promotion Association of Zimbabwe; Advisory Board Member of the Zimbabwe National Network of People Living with HIV (ZNNP+); Board Member of the Hospice Association of Zimbabwe (HOSPAZ) and a Member of the Country Advisory Committee (CAC) for Southern African AIDS Trust (SAT).

Lynda Stranix- Chibanda is a Zimbabwean clinician and researcher with over 20 years of clinical trial experience and advocacy for HIV prevention and treatment for women, children and adolescents. A paediatrician by training, Lynda lectures at the University of Zimbabwe and mentors post graduate students. She is the Site Leader for Seke North Clinical Research Site in Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe directing NIH- funded clinical trials related to prevention and treatment for HIV. She participated in early trials that developed the local approach for testing and counselling women for HIV in pregnancy and the dosing regimen care for infant Nevirapine prophylaxis used to prevent vertical transmission during breastfeeding. She has worked at primary care level to deliver services to women and children, providing technical assistance to the national EMTCT programme and contributing to policy development for pre-exposure prophylaxis use.

A registered Public Accountant, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Degree from the Midlands State University, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA(UK), Associate member of the Zambian Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is a Certified Tax Accountant with the Institute of Certified Tax Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICTA). He is Fellow member of the Institute of Administrators and Commerce of Southern Africa (IAC (SA)). He holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI). He has attended a number of leadership development courses including, Effective Group Leadership, Management Development, Leading Business through Finance etc.
