Pangaea Zimbabwe (PZ) is a registered Zimbabwean Private Voluntary Organisation (PVO 10/20) working across Zimbabwe and the East and Southern Africa region to improve the health and wellbeing of underserved communities.

Our work is driven by a commitment to equitable access to quality, person-centred and evidence-based health services. We collaborate with governments, communities, civil society, academia and development partners to strengthen health systems, generate evidence, influence policy and improve health outcomes for vulnerable populations.

Over the past two decades, PZ has evolved from a pioneering HIV and sexual and reproductive health organisation into a multidisciplinary health and development organisation working at the intersection of research, implementation, policy, health systems strengthening and community empowerment.
